Client Service Representative

Reporting directly to the executive management team, the position will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with a variety of client services, insurance placement and risk management functions.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

  • Assist with the management of middle market and large energy, construction and real estate accounts.

  • Report and coordinate communications with external carriers and clients.

  • Work with the executive and production teams to manage carrier and client relationships.  

  • Assist in the monitoring and managing of client claims.  

  • Track claims data for large and middle market accounts.

 

SKILLS | ABILITIES

  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and implement action plans to meet deadlines.

  • Preferred proficiency in using Applied (Epic)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).

  • Exercises a high degree of discretion and judgment in handling confidential matters.  

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to take direction from team members with regard to account management.  

  • Excellent writing and editorial skills.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • 2+ years in a client service role with commercial property & casualty insurance experience OR a degree in Insurance & Risk Management.
